TERMS AND CONDITIONS (REDEMPTION TIER 1 AND 2):
• The Cozy Cozy Christmas Redemptions are only redeemable from 10am -10pm at Concierge Counter, Ground Floor. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per customer, per day.
• Redemption items are strictly not re-sellable, not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Purchase receipts from Mercato, MH Din Money Changer, bill payment, card reloads, instalment plan payments of any kind are not eligible to redeem.
• For Cozy Cozy Christmas Redemptions, only valid for original receipts from purchase made at Sunway Putra Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt, including receipts from vendor booths at Main Concourse, Ground Floor and East Wing, Level 2.
• Shopper must be present during the redemption.
• Owner and staff of tenants are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their own store.
• Shoppers are required to complete Manual or E-Redemption Form before redeeming the redemption items.
• No photocopies of forms and receipts are allowed.
• Items availability is while stocks last.
• Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
• Visuals used are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
• Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All products are not transferable, re-saleable and exchangeable for cash.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SUNWAY SUPER APP):
• Valid from 28 November 2025 to 4 January 2026.
• Customers are required to sign up as a Sunway Super App user to participate in this campaign.
• Members are entitled to earn one (1) digital spin on the Sunway Super App upon spending a minimum of RM150 at Sunway Super App merchants and collect Sunway Points (maximum of two (2) accumulated transactions for same-day purchases) OR paying a minimum of RM150 via Sunway Pay on Sunway Super App Mini Program.
• Limited to three (3) spin chance redemptions per member per day.
• Applicable at selected Sunway malls: Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Velocity Mall, Sunway Putra Mall, Sunway Carnival Mall, Sunway Big Box Retail Park, Sunway Giza, Sunway Geo Avenue, Sunway 163 Mall and Sunway Square Mall.
• Applicable at Sunway Super App merchants & Sunway Super App Mini Program.
• Sunway Super App and participating Sunway Super App merchants reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Promotion and to amend or change the stated terms and conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice. The decision of Sunway Super App on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Types of rewards are subject to availability, may vary, and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last throughout the campaign period.
• Rewards redemption to be made at the merchant outlets. All rewards are subject to the respective merchant’s individual terms and conditions. Kindly refer to the specific reward’s full terms and conditions for details.
FREE PARKING T&C:
• The parking promotion is valid from 21 November 2025 to 4 Jan 2026 at Sunway Putra Mall.
• Redemption is available exclusively via the Sunway Super App.
• Shoppers must redeem at Concierge Counter, Ground Floor (opposite Dolly Dim Sum) between 10:00am and 10.00pm daily.
• Shoppers must exit within 15 minutes after ticket validation.
• Each shopper is limited to one redemption per day, and redemption is valid for same-day parking only.
• The promotion is valid for cars that enter and redeem between 10:00am and 10.00pm, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
• The promotion is not valid for Valet Parking, Motorcycle Parking, or the Loading Bay.
• Only Sunway Super App members are eligible for this promotion.
• Receipts must be presented and validated at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor on the same day of purchase.
• Receipts from car wash services, Mercato, MH Din Money Changer, bill payments, card reloads, or instalment plans are not eligible.
• Tenant staff and store owners are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their own outlets.
• Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the receipts and purchased items when necessary.
• Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or substitute this promotion at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
• All participants consent to Sunway Putra Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
• Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.
• Sunway Putra Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Putra Mall will make the final determination.
• All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway Putra Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
• By participating the Campaign, all participants are deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway Putra Mall’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
• Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sunway Putra Mall, despite their best efforts.
• Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
