• The Riang Redemptions are only redeemable from 10am-10pm at Concierge Counter, Ground Floor. Limited to ONE (1) redemption per customer, per day.

• Redemption items are strictly not re-sellable, not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.

• Purchase receipts from Mercato, MH Din Money Changer, bill payment, card reloads, instalment plan payments of any kind are not eligible to redeem.

• For Riang Redemptions, only valid for original receipts from purchase made at Sunway Putra Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt, including receipts from vendor booths at Main Concourse, East Wing, Ground Floor and East Wing, Level 2.

• Shopper must be present for redemption.

• Owner and staff of tenants are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their store.

• Shoppers are required to complete Manual or E-Redemption Form before redeeming the redemption item.

• No photocopies of forms and receipts are allowed.

• Free Personalisation is available at the Famsy’s booth located at Main Concourse, Ground Floor of Sunway Putra Mall. Shoppers will be bound to Famsy’s terms and conditions thereon and may not hold Sunway Putra Mall nor Famsy responsible for any damage caused on the redemption item.

• To qualify for the Top Spender Tier, shoppers are required to participate in the Sunway Putra Mall’s Raya Redemption Campaign with a minimum spend of RM2,000 in 2 receipts at least once from 14 March – 14 April 2024.

• If shopper participates in the Sunway Putra Mall’s Raya Redemption Campaign more than one time throughout the campaign, the spend value of the shopper will be accumulated until the end of the Raya Redemption Campaign.

• The top ten shoppers with the highest accumulative spend throughout the campaign will be chosen as the winners following the Raya Redemption Campaign’s conclusion, and will be contacted via email or any other means deemed appropriate by Sunway Putra Mall. The decision of the winners is final, and no appeals will be accepted.

• If Sunway Putra Mall is unable to contact the winner after 3 attempts within 2 days, Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to cancel the winner's entry. The non-contactable winner shall have no recourse against Sunway Putra Mall regarding the cancellation and forfeiture.

• Prior to prize collection, the winner must present their identification card for verification and registration purposes.

• If the winner fails to appear at the designated time for prize collection, he or she forfeits all claims and rights to the prize, which shall then be used at the sole discretion of the management.

• Winners will receive a Cosmic Cookware Set consisting of 1x Cosmic Cosmo Pan (28cm)​, 1x Cosmic Cosmo Fry Pan (24.5cm)​ and 1x Cosmic Cosmo Casserole (24.5cm).

• Depending on stock availability, the colour of the items may differ from the image.

• This contest is only limited to Malaysian citizens over the age of 18.

• The prize items are not transferable, resalable, or redeemable for cash.

• If for any reason, any aspect of this Contest is not capable of running as planned, including (but not limited to) by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of Sunway Putra Mall, which corrupts and affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this contest, Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this contest, or invalidate any affected Participants.

• All participants consent to Sunway Putra Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.

• Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.

• Sunway Putra Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Putra Mall will make the final determination.

• All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway Putra Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.

• By participating the Campaign, all participants is deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed).
