Step 1: Remember to get a physical parking ticket! This promotion is not applicable for Touch 'n Go, season passes, valet parking, motorcycle or loading bay entries.
Step 2: Make sure to keep your ticket receipt.
Step 3: Get your ticket validated at our Concierge Counter, Ground Floor (opposite Dolly Dim Sun and Starbucks)
Step 4: Pay the remaining of your carpark fees at our autopay machines.
Step 5: Exit the mall carpark within 15 mins of validation.

Parking tickets are to be validated at the Concierge Counter, GF before 10pm or Carpark Helpdesk at B1 (next to motorcycle parking) before 1am.
Limited to ONE (1) validation per shopper / per movie-goer.
Valid for regular carpark tickets. Not applicable for Touch ‘n Go, season pass, jockey, valet, motorcycle, and loading bay entries.
Valid only for movie tickets issued at TGV Cinemas, Sunway Putra Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt.
Valid for either physical or e-Ticket for any movies.
Tenants are stricty not allowed to redeem.
