- Redemptions are exclusively for Sunway Putra Mall shoppers only. Redemptions are only valid for purchases made in Sunway Putra Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt(s) during the campaign period (22 October – 2 November 2025).  

- Limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day. Receipt(s) are valid for one (1) time redemption only. 

- Shoppers are required to register with Sunway Putra Mall to proceed with redemption.  

 - Redeemable at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor (opposite Dolly Dim Sum).      

- Redemption items are strictly not for sale and/or re-sale and are not exchangeable for cash or other items.   

- Receipts and orders from retails’ online stores, Grab, Shopee, Food Panda or any other third-party platform are NOT eligible for redemption.   

- Receipts from pushcarts, Mercato, bill payments, any trade-in (gold, jewelry, electronics etc.), card reloads, transaction from banks, money changers, and purchases of gift card(s), any form of cash/shopping voucher and payment by using gift card are strictly NOT eligible for redemption.   

- Shoppers are required to provide their personal data for verification & validation purposes during redemption.   

- Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.   

- Management reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
