Promotion is only applicable at Sunway Super App Food & Beverage retail merchants in Sunway Putra Mall.
The 10X Sunway Points award is capped at a maximum of 1,000 Sunway Points per member for the entire campaign or conclude once the total points pool of 2,000,000 Sunway Points is fully redeemed, whichever comes first. Redemptions are on a first-come-first-served basis and while stocks last.
Sunway Super App reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the promotion and to amend or change the stated terms and conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice. The decision of Sunway Super App on all matters relating to or in connection with the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Only receipts from participating F&B outlets are eligible. The following are excluded: Mercato and any non-F&B transactions including bill payments, reloads, and services.
Tier 2 (Explorer Foodie) – At least 1 receipt must be from Selera Street, Level 4.
Golden Ticket Mechanic:
Eligible Tier 2 (Explorer Foodie) shoppers may participate in the Cabine Twister for a chance to win a Golden Ticket via the Cabine Twister.
Golden Tickets are randomly awarded via the Cabine Twister. A total of 300 Golden Tickets are available throughout the campaign, while stocks last.
Free parking is applicable for Tier 2 (Explorer Foodie) redemptions and is limited to Sunway Super App members only.
Each eligible Tier 2 redemption entitles the shopper to one (1) Cabine Twister participation.
The Top 10 Spenders will be announced one (1) week after the campaign ends. Prizes for Top 10 Spenders:-

Winner Selection & Prize Collection:
Winners will be selected based on highest spend and contacted via email and/or phone call or any method deemed appropriate. Total cumulative spend throughout the campaign period will be considered.
Failure to respond after 3 contact attempts within 2 days will result in disqualification.
Winners must present their MyKad for prize collection.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value, subject to availability.
Redemptions available daily from 10am to 10pm at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor.
Limited to 3 redemptions per customer per day.

FREE PARKING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The parking promotion is valid from 7 May - 28 June 2026 at Sunway Putra Mall.
Redemption is available exclusively via the Sunway Super App.
Shoppers must redeem at Concierge Counter, Ground Floor (opposite Dolly Dim Sum) between 10:00am and 10.00pm daily.
Shoppers must exit within 15 minutes after ticket validation.
Each shopper is limited to one redemption per day, and redemption is valid for same-day parking only.
The promotion is valid for cars that enter and redeem between 10:00am and 10.00pm, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
The promotion is not valid for Valet Parking, Motorcycle Parking, or the Loading Bay.
Only Sunway Super App members are eligible for this promotion.
Receipts must be presented and validated at the Concierge Counter, Ground Floor on the same day of purchase.
Tenant staff and store owners are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their own outlets.
Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the receipts and purchased items when necessary.
Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or substitute this promotion at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All participants consent to Sunway Putra Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.
Sunway Putra Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Putra Mall will make the final determination.
All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway Putra Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
By participating in the Campaign, all participants are deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway Putra Mall’s website. Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sunway Putra Mall, despite their best efforts.
Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
