RM2 FLAT-RATE PARKING — TERMS & CONDITIONS

- The RM2 Flat-Rate Parking Promotion is valid every Sunday, until further notice.

- The promotion is valid for cars that enter and redeem between 7.00 AM and 10.00 PM every Sunday.

- The promotion is open exclusively to Sunway Super App members.

- Redemption is available exclusively via the Sunway Super App.

- A minimum spend of RM60 at Sunway Putra Mall is required to qualify for the RM2 flat-rate parking.

- A maximum of two (2) same-day receipts may be combined to meet the minimum spend of RM60.

- Receipts must be presented and validated on the same day of purchase.

- Each shopper is limited to one (1) redemption per day, and the redemption is valid for same-day parking only.

- Redemption locations and operating hours are as follows:
7.00 AM – 10.00 AM: Carpark Management Office, Level B1 (opposite 7-Eleven)
10.00 AM – 10.00 PM: Concierge Counter, Ground Floor (in front of Dolly Dim Sum)

- Customers are required to retain their parking ticket and receipts until the redemption has been successfully validated.

- Following successful ticket validation, shoppers are required to exit the car park within fifteen (15) minutes.

- The promotion is not valid for Valet Parking, Motorcycle Parking or Loading Bay.

- The following transactions are not eligible for the promotion:

- Purchases from Mercato;
MH Din Money Changer transactions;
Bill payments;
Card reloads;
Instalment plans.

- Tenant staff and store owners are not eligible to redeem using receipts from their own outlets.

- Redemption staff reserve the right to verify the receipts and purchased items where necessary to determine eligibility.

- Receipts that are incomplete, duplicated, altered, damaged or deemed invalid by Sunway Putra Mall Management will not be accepted.

- The RM2 flat-rate parking is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.

- The promotion is subject to verification and the prevailing Sunway Putra Mall car park terms and conditions.

- Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend, withdraw or substitute this promotion at any time, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons.

- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Sunway Putra Mall Management shall be final.
