TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• The Exotic Encounter 2.0 Redemptions are only redeemable from 10am -10pm at Concierge Counter, Ground Floor.
• Redemption is limited to one (1) per customer, per day, for each redemption tier. Receipt(s) may only be used once and are valid for one (1) time of redemption only.
• Redemption items are strictly not re-sellable, not transferable and not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• Purchase receipts from Mercato, MH Din Money Changer, bill payment, card reloads or top-ups, instalment plan payments, of any kind are not eligible to redeem.
• For Exotic Encounter 2.0 Redemptions, only valid for original receipts from purchase made at Sunway Putra Mall on the same date as stated on the receipt.
• Shopper must be present during the redemption.
• Owner and staff of tenants are not allowed to redeem using receipts from their own store.
• Shoppers are required to complete Manual or E-Redemption Form before redeeming the redemption items.
• No photocopies of forms and receipts are allowed.
• Items availability is while stocks last.
• Redemption staff reserves the right to verify the purchased product(s) when necessary.
• Visuals used are for illustration purposes only and may not reflect the appearance and quantity of the exact product/prize.
• Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice. All products are not transferable, re-saleable and exchangeable for cash.

General Terms and Conditions:

• All participants consent to Sunway Putra Mall collecting, recording, holding, storing, using, and disclosing their personal information for purposes related to or required for participation in the activity and contest.
• Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify any of these Terms and Conditions, including terminating or suspending this competition and extending its duration at any given time.
• Sunway Putra Mall decisions on all contest-related matters are final and binding on all contestants. Whenever issues arise that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions, Sunway Putra Mall will make the final determination.
• All entries for redemption will be the property of Sunway Putra Mall and the participants will not claim, use, or exploit the entries for any purpose by any means at any time. By entering the Campaign, each participant agrees that Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to publish, use the names and/or photographs of the participants and/or winners as material for advertising and/or publicity purposes without payment or prior notice, and further agree that by entering the Campaign, all participants and/or the winners waive all rights associated with the image they have submitted for the campaign. Participants shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation for the materials.
• By participating the Campaign, all participants are deemed to have read, understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and they are fully and unconditionally agreed to be bound by it (as varied or changed). Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions where necessary for legal, technical, or commercial reasons at any time without prior notice and any such amendments shall be effective in the posting on Sunway Putra Mall’s website. Please check these terms and conditions regularly to see if there have been any changes.
• Sunway Putra Mall reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time without prior notice if it becomes not capable of running as planned, technically interfered or corrupted, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sunway Putra Mall, despite their best efforts.
• Any terms and conditions applicable to the Campaign which is illegal, prohibited, or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective to the extent of such illegality, voidness, prohibition, or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Malaysia.
