Sunway Putra Mall x The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf – Strava Rewards
1. The Strava Rewards Programme runs from 1 Oct – 30 Nov 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
2. The programme is limited to the first 30 eligible participants per day, while stocks last.
3. All redemptions must be made within the Campaign Period and during the stipulated redemption hours.
4. The programme is open to individuals aged 16 years and above.
5. The programme is open to both Malaysians and non-Malaysians.
6. Participants may participate individually or as part of a running club based in Klang Valley, Kuala Lumpur or Selangor. All participants must have an active Strava account.
7. Employees of Sunway Putra Mall, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, their respective affiliates, tenants, agencies, partners and participating vendors are not eligible to participate.
8. To qualify for the reward, participants must complete a minimum 5KM run in a single journey during the Campaign Period.
9. The qualifying run must:
* Be recorded via the Strava application;
* Be shown as a completed activity with the distance clearly indicated as 5.00KM or more;
* Redemption must be made on the same date of the activity; and
* Activity date falling within the Campaign Period.
10. Participants must present their live Strava activity on the Strava application for verification.
11. Each eligible participant is entitled to redeem:
ONE (1) complimentary Latte or Americano , available either hot or iced , from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf at Sunway Putra Mall.
12. Redemption Location: Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Level 1 (L1-36) in Sunway Putra Mall
13. Each participant is entitled to ONE (1) redemption only throughout the Campaign Period.
14. Redemptions must be made in person at the participating The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf outlet at Sunway Putra Mall, from 10.00AM to 10.00PM , during the Campaign Period.
15. The reward is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash , and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privileges.
16. The reward is subject to daily quota and availability , and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis .
17. By participating in the programme, participants consent to the collection and use of their basic personal information for the purposes of eligibility verification, redemption and campaign administration. All information collected will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
18. Sunway Putra Mall and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf reserve the right to:
* Amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice;
* Modify, suspend or terminate the programme at any time where necessary; and
* Make the final decision on all matters relating to the programme, and such decision shall be final and binding.
19. Participants will be immediately disqualified from the programme if they are found to have:
* Reused the same Strava activity for more than one redemption;
* Presented an edited, duplicated, falsified or fraudulent Strava activity record;
* Presented only a screenshot or image of the Strava activity without live verification via the Strava application;
* Used another individual's Strava account or activity to qualify for the reward.
20. Sunway Putra Mall and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf reserve the right to refuse any redemption where the participant fails to meet the eligibility requirements or where the submitted Strava activity cannot be verified.
